Sign Access NW was set up in 2020 with the aim to improve D/deaf people's lives by using proactive approaches to improve a persons confidence and ultimately empower them.
One of the ways in which we aim to do this is by providing people with the opportunities to take part in activities that they wouldn’t normally have the confidence to do due to communication barriers.
By working between the Deaf and Hearing worlds we are also able to improve the awareness of D/deaf people within the communities throughout the NW.
